109年深耕計畫目標達成情形摘要及亮點

 

一、展現教學品保國考系所學生考照率優於全國:108年畢業生參加國考,除及格率均高全國平均外護理師高於全國20%以上牙技師高於全國25%以上;驗光師及格率更是高全國27%以上。更分別於醫放師、牙技師、 護理師國考榜首,醫檢師國考錄取榜眼

二、有效發展智慧化特色實驗室及產業化實作環境,共建置10間場域

(1) 智慧健康照護特色實驗室虛擬實境自學中心推動智慧化創新教學醫護教育。

(2) 完善護理臨床技能(OSCE)教室:進行護理專業知識技能及臨床實務模擬教學。

(3) 完善教學支援APP:開發教學支援APP(行動學園、即時關懷等),協助教學學習。

(4) 設置高科技應用中心:設置動物放射治療研究中心數位牙技培育中心

(5) 建置健康品質檢測中心協助學習認證實驗與管理知能及實務技術,建立符合生物安全規範P2微生物實驗室取得認證的環安衛分析實驗室食品分析檢驗室

(6) 開發食品新契機:結合烘焙餐飲最新設備設置「烘焙餐飲多功能教室」。

(7) 創新創意實作金工教室供師生創新創意學習場所,提升學生創新創意創業思維。行動餐車、霜淇淋、棉花糖、爆米花機,推動微型創業教育。史丹佛翻轉教室提供教師全方位教學資源輔助環境及多元教學方式增加與學生互動。

、建置產學服務入口平臺,鏈結教學研究與產業實務軌道

(1)強化產學合作:中臺科技大學專利服務平臺幫助技轉、授權、與產學合作;中臺科技大學求職及求才服務平臺搭建產學雙向溝通,學生及畢業生求職資訊。

(2)厚實研究能量:推動一院一特色重點特色研究,強化師生研究能量。

、形塑優勢特色、推動「日照中心」

(1)推動國際化:新南向人才培訓、海外實習、國際志工,提升學生國際視野。

(2)申設照中心:推展健康產業研發及發展長照技術,以培育醫護及長照人才。

五、設置專職窗口,解決學生學習困難

(1)本校實施學生學習成績預警及輔導機制,先行啟動導師關懷晤談,針對學生不同的狀況,進行與家長聯繫、課後補救教學或由課程教學助理等,協助學生補足落後進度,相關輔導內容記錄於晤談系統,以利後續檢核學習績效與改善之分析。

(2)於原資中心設置專職窗口,盤點本校原民生人數,了解原民生學習情形,針對學習動機低落欲休學的學生實施個別晤談,學生體會到學校與原資中心的溫暖關懷,使其不再孤立無援,個案1091因而撤銷休學;另透過導師積極介入與課後輔導,使個案1094成功轉系;而個案10913於校外發生車禍,學校緊急由原資中心與校安中心聯合啟動通訊網絡,通知家長並隨即派員前往醫院瞭解狀況安撫受創學生,本校專責人員不定時探訪與協助課業輔導,持續後續追蹤關懷。

六、引領師生創新,培育全國Super教師

(1)成立創新教學專業成長社群,鼓勵不同領域教師對話與合作,共同開發跨領域及創新教學教材,109年度由護理系與兒教系教師共同製作兒童友善醫療繪本/護理學生學習如何與病童溝通,並於製作繪本過程中教導學生如何與病童溝通。

(2)陳韋陸老師榮獲109年全國SUPER教師獎,陳師在生理學課程中一改填鴨的方式,利用課堂搶答遊戲提升學生學習興趣,在遊戲中透過圖像學習激發學生記憶。他也發起百萬大挑戰之答題賽,藉以提升學生考護理師考照率。

(3)IR分析,教師採用創新教學可有效提升學生考照率20%以上。


The situation of goal achievements and highlights

1.      Represented guaranteed teaching qualities, the certified rates of the national-exam-oriented departments are above the country’s average:

Our class of 2019 graduates participated national exams, the passing rates are higher than average of the entire country. Among them, Nurses are 20% higher, Dental Technicians are 25%, Optometrists are even 27% higher than average. Participants of the Medical Radiation Technologist, Dental Technician and Medical Laboratory Scientist license examinations obtained the first and second place of the lists respectively.

2.      Effectively developed intelligent laboratories and industrialized practical environment, total 10 fields have built.

(1)   We established Smart Healthcare Laboratory and Virtual Reality Self-Learning Center to promote smart innovative teaching healthcare education.

(2)   Completed OSCE classrooms: We conduct professional nursing knowledge, skills and clinical teaching.

(3)   Perfected teaching support app: We developed several teaching support apps (mobile academy, immediate care, etc.) to assist our teaching and learning.

(4)   Established high-tech application center: we installed Animal Radiation Therapy Center (ARTC) and Digital Dental Technology Skill Training Center.

(5)   Built Health Quality Testing Center: We assist our students to learn certified experiments, management knowledge and practical skills. We’ve also built P2 micro laboratory, certified Environmental Health and Safety Analytical Laboratory, and Food Analysis and Inspection Room.

(6)   Developed new opportunities for food industry: We combined the newest baking culinary equipment to build Bakery and Catering Multifunctional Center. Our Standford Flipped Classroom provides comprehensive teaching resources for our teachers with its environment and varied teaching methods, to increase their interaction with students.

3.      Constructed Industry-Academia Service Entrance Platform, to connect teaching, researching and industry-academia cooperation track.

(1)   Enhanced industry-academia cooperation: Our CTUST Platform for Patent Services provides technology transfer, authorize and industry-academia cooperate functions. The CTUST Jobs and Talents Seeking Service Platform builds the bridge of two-way communication, to provide our students and graduates essential information for job seeking.

(2)   Enriched research energy: We implement One-Academy-One-Characteristic research focuses, to enhance the research energy of our teachers and students.

4.      Shaped advantages, promoted Day Care Center

(1)   Internationalization: We provide plenty of opportunities for new southbound policy talents training, oversea practices, and international volunteers, to widen the international vision of our students.

(2)   The Application to established Day Care Centers: We implemented healthcare research and developed long-term technic, to train medical and healthcare talents.

5.      Established specific windows, to solve the difficulties of studying for students

(1)   We implement early warning and guidance mechanism for students’ academic performance. We initiate the mentor care interview first, then according to the different situations of the students. we contact with parents, using after-school remedial teaching or course teaching assistants, etc. To assist students keeping up the progress. We recorded the relevant guidance content in the interview system, to benefit subsequent review of learning performance and improvement analysis.

(2)   We established specific windows at Aboriginal Resources Center, to count the number of Aboriginals, find out their learning circumstances. Then we implement individual interviews with low-learning-motivation students. After they feel our warm and hospitality, 1091 cases have decided to revoke the application of quitting school. Besides, by active involvement and after-school tutorship, 1094 cases have succeeded their transfer program. When car accident happened to case no.10913 outside of school, we emergently activated the communication network of Aboriginal Resources Center and School Security Center to inform the parents, dispatch deputies to hospital, understand the situation and comfort the injured student. Our staff also visit the student from time to time, to provide schoolwork guidance, continuous track and care.

6.      Leading teachers and students to innovate and cultivating national Super teachers

(1)   We established Innovative Teaching and Professional Developing Community, encouraging the communication and cooperation between teachers in different fields to jointly develop cross-field and innovative teaching materials. In 2020, teachers from the Department of Nursing and the Department of Child Education will produce child-friendly medical picture books and communicate with sick children learning program together. During the process of making the picture books, we teach our nursing students how to communicate with sick children.

(2)   Dr. Chen Wei Lu won the 2020 National SUPER Teacher Award. He changed the way of teaching, used classroom games and image learning methods to increase students' interest in learning and stimulated their memory. He also launched a one-million-challenge contest to increase his students’ passing rate in the national exam of nurse.

(3)   According to IR analysis, teachers’ use of innovative teaching can effectively increase the passing rate of students by more than 20%.

 


計畫摘要

經濟部在重點產業當前人才供需情形的調查報告中提到5+2暨數位經濟相關產業當前的人才供需情形,業者認為較多人才不足的產業包括智慧機械產業、生醫產業人工智慧應用服務產業;臺灣於107年邁入高齡社會,在此趨勢之下,未來國人對於醫療質、量需求均將持續增加,且在「生醫產業創新推動方案」推動下,108-110年生醫產業人才需求逐年穩定成長,平均新增3,028人。人工智慧應用服務產業由於網路品質提升與普及,以及大數據(Big Data)、物聯網(IoT)、人工智慧(AI)等科技興起,加快產業朝數位化、智慧化發展進程,進一步帶動產業投入人工智慧的研究與開發,推估108-110年人才新增需求逐年上揚,平均每年1,737人。非5+2暨數位經濟之11項其他重點產業於108-110年均有新增人力需求;其中健康福祉產業居第3,平均每年新增需求2,020人。本校自成立以來即以培育現代醫療技術專業人才為目標,因應時代進步潮流,本校積極整合組織資源、發展健康產業特色及提升整體競爭力,自我期許成為中臺灣培育健康產業專業人才的領頭羊,進而成為全台健康產業類最知名的科技大學。109學年度設立人工智慧健康管理系發展AI在健康管理的應用AI技術應用於醫療機構管理生活型能管理與監控培養跨AI與健康管理人才本校發展至今所有15系所培育之人才皆符合當前重點產業之極需

本校長年在追求卓越與深耕產學合作目標引導下,辦學聲譽逐年提升。然高職已無對應的醫護科別方便本校招生,致學生面有生源分歧、學生學習動機差異大、平均素質下降經濟與文化不利學生比例高等問題;教師面有教師教學方法與學生期待有落差,教師研究與產能不足等難處;資源面則遭遇醫護學校辦學成本高但政府對私校獎補助減少,致教學與研究資源日益下降等困境。本校深刻瞭解須加速教學創新提升學生學習成效、躍升辦學特色、引進多方外界資源,及持續深耕健康產業、在地人才培育,方能提升辦學成效突破困境與永續發展。因此,本校校務發展計畫亦朝此等方向為目標持續推動

本校高等教育深耕計畫本校校務發展計畫發展願景及目標一致強調有i有愛以「師生i教學 全面超連結」為主題,利用3i’s:智慧化(intelligentization)、產業化(industrialization)、國際化(internationalization)策略取向,發揮教育愛,全面連結在地、國際與未來以更有效培育新世代優質人才並發展本校特色,成為中部地區培育健康產業專業人才的領頭羊。俾共同提升高等教育價值,達成提升學生關鍵基礎能力、厚實學生專業就業力。含四分項計畫十二項子計畫。

為確保本計畫順利執行達成短中長程目標,本校根據PDCA與目標管理品管模式及管理思維,除由計畫執行單位成立任務小組,每月進行計畫執行追蹤管考,並成立校級的「高教深耕計畫管考委員會」每年二次定期檢視各子計畫績效指標的執行與達成情形,針對未能如期達成的績效指標提出改進建議與修正,以及對於超過預期的績效指標設定更高的標,以落實整體目標,打造本校成「健康產業優質人才培育基地」。

經過107-109年度推動執行後已有亮眼成績產出,本校繼續以校務發展為基礎並依據執行經驗及問題檢討進行推動策略之調整。執行重點在落實技職教育務實致用特色,加強與產業需求連結,確保學生就業競爭力,以達到深化具本校特色之教學品質改善措施。主要推動方向包括提升學生學習成效改善教學品質提高學生學習自由度及專業主修彈性培養學生創新創意能力、及培養學生具使用及運用程式語言能力110-111年度更進一步希望培養學生以數位科技解決專業領域問題的核心能力。預期達成教育目標與學習成效結合:使學生具備面對未來之就業力及應變力;資源共享與產業鏈結結合:提升教師研發能量、強化學生實作能力、提升學生國際移動力,展現健康醫護特色競爭力;特色凸顯與體制建立結合:以建構完整涵蓋高教公共性重要議題之全方位策略,進而提升高等教育對社會之可利用性及有效性;在地文化與服務學習結合:以落實大學社會責任,協助學生成長及在地產業發展與升級。

中臺科技大學亮點與特色

108年計畫成果暨亮點

一、展現教學品保國考系所學生考照率優於全國:今(108)年畢業生參加國考,除及格率均高全國平均外護理師高於全國20%以上;牙技師高於全國25%以上;驗光師及格率更是高全國27%以上。更分別於牙技師、醫檢師考試中獲榜首及第二名。

二、有效發展智慧化特色實驗室及產業化實作環境,共建置10間場域

(1) 虛擬實境融入課程激發學習動機:成立「智慧健康照護特色實驗室」(Smart Healthcare Laboratory)及全臺首間「虛擬實境自學中心」(Virtual Reality Self-Learning Center),推動智慧化創新教學效醫護教育,邁向AI新紀元。

(2) 完善護理臨床技能(OSCE)教室:進行護理專業知識技能及臨床實務模擬教學。

(7)創新創意實作:「金工教室」(Craft Studio)供師生創新創意學習場所,提升學生創新創意創業思維。「行動餐車(Action dining car)、霜淇淋(ice cream machine)、棉花糖(Marshmallow machine)」等,推動微型創業教育。

、形塑優勢特色、推動「長照機構」(Long-Term Care Institutions)

  (1)推動國際化:新南向人才培訓、海外實習、國際志工,提升學生國際視野。

  (2)長照機構:於校園內申設財團法人中臺科技大學私立謙和賀社區長照機構(Chian-He-He Community-Based Long-Term Care Institutions, Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology) 一院一特色專業實務,推展健康產業研發及發展長照技術,以培育醫護及長照人才。

、國際級競賽學生表現卓著

 (1)食科系師生參加韓國釜山國際技能人廚藝大賽,贏得1061銅表現優異。

 (2)行銷系參加加拿大「iCAN國際創新競賽」(iCAN International Innovation Competition)50165件作品參賽本校榮獲1面金牌。

 (3)107-108年度本校學生參加校外競賽共57名學生獲得獎項。

六、醫護特色健康促進,進行「社區友善樂齡」

 (1)鏈結台中市府幼托一條龍政策落實在地人才培育。

 (2)推動【樂齡保健自我照顧】增加長輩醫療照護認知、社會適應與生涯規劃,增加其自信肯定自我及存在的價值。共協助15個社區、24個社福機構及1個社會團體。

(1)   Assimilated Virtual Reality into courses to stimulate learning motivation: We established Smart Healthcare Laboratory and the first Virtual Reality Self-Learning Center in Taiwan, to promote smart innovative teaching healthcare education towards the new era of AI.

(2)   Completed OSCE classrooms: We conduct professional nursing knowledge, skills and clinical teaching.

(3)   Established high-tech application center: We combined the newest equipment of medical radiology, installed the first Animal Radiation Therapy Center (ARTC) in Taiwan. Our specialties create new opportunities of health industry, expand the field of health industry development.

(4)   Perfected teaching support app: We developed several teaching support apps (mobile academy, immediate care, etc.) to assist our teaching and learning.

(5)   Built Health Quality Testing Center: We assist our students to learn certified experiments, management knowledge and practical skills, to meet the policy demands and to improve their self-quality toward internationalization. We’ve built P2 micro laboratory (Biosafety level 2), integrated and maintained the ISO17025-certified Environmental Health and Safety Analytical Laboratory, Food Analysis and Inspection Room, and Digital Dental Technology Skill Training Center.

(6)   Developed new opportunities for food industry: We combined the newest baking culinary equipment to build Bakery and Catering Multifunctional Center.

(7)   Innovative and creative practical fields: We built Craft Studio to provide our teachers and students innovative and creative learning places, to improve students’ innovative and creative entrepreneurial thinking. We apply action dining cars, ice cream machines and marshmallow machines, to promote micro-entrepreneurial education.

(2)   Long-Term Care Institutions: We established the “Chian-He-He Community-Based Long-Term Care Institutions, Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology”, integrated One-Academy One Characteristic professional practices, implemented healthcare research and developed long-term technic, to train medical and healthcare talents.

5.      The outstanding performances of our students in international competitions

(1)   The students of our Food Science Department participated the Pusan International Cooking Competition, and won 10 golds, 6 silvers and 1 bronze medals.

(2)   Our Marketing Department participated the iCAN International Innovation Competition. Out of 165 works in 50 countries, we won 1 gold medal as result.

(3)   During the year 2018 and 2019, 57 of our students participated inter-school competitions and won several awards.

6.      Facilitated medical care characteristic health, conducted communities-and-age-friendly activities

(1)   We connect the Kindergartens and Nursery Schools Integrating Policy of Taichung City Government, to implement local talents training.

(2)   We promote Age-Friendly Health Protection Self-Care Policy, to increase the cognition of the healthcare, social adaptation and career planning of the elders, to increase their self-confidence, self-affirmation and existential values. We’ve Helped 15 communities, 24 social welfare institutions and 1 social group in total.
